Kaduna South Signs MOU with TinT-Follow Taxes to Expand Youth Opportunities and Drive Community Development

The Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain MPSCM FICA, received Halliru Ahmed Khalipha and his team from TinT-Follow Taxes at the Kaduna South Local Government Secretariat, where both parties formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at expanding opportunities for young people and accelerating development across the council area.
The MOU centres on two interconnected objectives. The first is capacity building — equipping young people in Kaduna South with the skills, knowledge, and exposure needed to access and compete for opportunities at the international level. The second is the organisation of targeted developmental programmes designed to harness and showcase the diverse talents and economic potential that already exist within the council area but have historically lacked the platforms and structures needed to flourish.
Hon. Rayyan Hussain expressed genuine excitement about the partnership, emphasising his keen interest in outcomes that make a real and measurable difference in the lives of residents. He noted that the MOU does not exist in isolation but rather reinforces and complements a broader set of critical developmental projects already underway across Kaduna South — initiatives that together form a coherent strategy for youth empowerment, economic growth, and community advancement.
For the young people of Kaduna South, the partnership opens concrete doors: access to skills development, broader exposure to opportunities beyond their immediate environment, and real platforms through which their talents can be recognised, developed, and rewarded. These are precisely the kinds of interventions that translate governance into lived impact.
The Executive Chairman reaffirmed that this partnership reflects the council's commitment, under the clear direction of His Excellency Governor Uba Sani CON, to ensuring that the dividends of good governance reach every ward and every family. The vision driving this work remains constant — a Kaduna South where young people are empowered to lead and where communities are equipped to thrive.
